During relational coaching with me for persons with autism spectrum disorder we often focus on social skills development and practice through generative discussion.  I also explore with my clients the process of identifying and relating their own feelings, needs, and goals.  It’s often helpful to work not only with those that have been diagnosed but, also those closest to them to assist my clients and those in their systems to develop techniques that can be more effectively practiced. These skills can translate to situations outside of the therapy room to help create more positive experiences with greater, deeper, and more transformative mutual understanding.

Navigating the world and relationships when managing ASD can feel isolating. Relational coaching allows me to develop a relationship in which I can partner with my client to assist in exploring these experiences together and to help my clients identify and utilize tools designed to enrich and grow your relationships to and in the world around them.
